coming soon

I have a 3 bedroom Spanish style home in Pasadena coming up.

It will be priced below market for sure, and for good reason. It needs a little work, has a minor zoning issue that probably can be fixed easily, and it's a short sale so it might take a month or so to get lender approval. If you are interested, just let me know, I have a layout, more pictures, and can give you the address.

been sooooo busy

been so busy with my new underpriced listing. check it out www.SouthOakland.info. So far I have multiple offers, well above the asking price, and now I just have to make sure it closes.

The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) reported the largest jump in pending sales in nearly eight years, largely due to the $8,000 tax credit stimulus for first-time home buyers. There is talk about extending it, and maybe even increasing it since there are a lot more foreclosures coming.
